Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused. You’ll also need the order number.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@botanicumsa.co.za. Please include pictures in your email.
If your return is accepted, you will be liable for the courier costs. Any surplus funds will be allocated in the form of a cash discount for our online store. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any custom/special orders.
